Concept
These are a metallic platforms that we tailor make to order. Decoupling is achieved through four adjustable steel pins, supported on standard steel concave discs with isolating base (included) to support the whole system and to provide maximum decoupling. One of the platform sides incorporates an elastomer sheet, which prevents the smallest of parasitic vibrations passing between the speaker and the metal platform.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Test out the acoustic results; turn the platform upside-down so that the speaker is in direct contact with the metal base and not with the elastomer sheet (recommended set up.) Both ways will improve sound considerably but it may be that the recommended method is not necessarily the best for your particular equipment. Compare both methods to discover which gives a more controlled sound.
