EXPERT ANALYSIS
Since these stands were released onto the market in 1995, they have evolved considerably. Superior technology has dictated that current models have larger pedestals, which in turn provide higher volumetric capacity in terms of different mass composition.
This simple modification in design increases the weight of the unit as well as the absorption coefficient, and at the same time reduces the point of resonance to 7 c/s in the MKII Model and to 3 c/s in the Reference series; inaudible parasitic frequencies that are lower than subsonic. This improvement ensures better resolution in the control, linearity and neutrality of the sound experience.
We no longer make the old, fixed models however those, as well as the current models, have all been designed as a result of our acoustic anti-resonance treatment technology.
The technical evaluations made by testing panels in various editions of the magazine "Alta Fidelidad" (High Fidelity) are highlighted below in PDF format (Spanish only.)
A short analysis appears in edition number 82 or, if you wish to read a more extensive analysis, number 96 from 1999 is more comprehensive.
